Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Flashi app and website, operated by Bazivista (Pty) Ltd ("Flashi", "we").
The service
Flashi connects you with food and drink vendors at participating venues. Vendors prepare and are responsible for the food and drinks they sell. Flashi and its runners deliver seat orders where the venue allows it.
Orders and payment
Prices include VAT. Service fees, delivery fees and tips are shown before you pay. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. Delivery and ready times are estimates.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel until the vendor accepts your order, for a full refund. If a vendor cancels, you get a full refund. If there is a problem with your order, contact us with your order code and we will investigate. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
Seat delivery
Be at the seat you selected and give the runner your PIN. If the runner cannot reach you, they will try your block's meet-at-aisle point. If you still cannot be reached, the order may be returned to the vendor for collection.
Alcohol
Alcohol is sold only to people aged 18 and over, where the venue permits it, and until the venue's cut-off time. Vendors and runners may ask for ID and may refuse service to anyone underage or intoxicated.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Flashi is not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
